In the south-central Terai of Nepal, Lumbini is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. For millions of Buddhists the world over, to the significance of Jerusalem to Christians and Mecca to Muslims it evokes a kind of holy sentiment akin. During his life retain a potent significance to Buddhists of today many of the places that were of importance to the Lord Buddha. Unsurprisingly, nowhere has a greater importance than the site of his origin. In the words of Buddha himself: Lumbini Buddha Garden with its large space is an ideal place to practice yoga and meditation! Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi to Kathmandu (By flight)
Early in the morning take flight from Delhi to Kathmandu (Nepal). After arrival at Kathmandu meet our Hotel representative. Evening time is for Pashupatinath temple visit. Night stay in Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Lumbini (By Drive / 300 km / 07 Hrs)
Next morning we are ready to drive from Kathmandu to Lumbini. Lumbini is a Buddhist Pilgrimage site in Nepal. It is a birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight stay in Lumbini.
Day 03: Full day for Lumbini Sightseeing
After having breakfast full day is for lumbini Sightseeing. We visit Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Lumbini Museum. Night stay in Lumbini.
Day 04: Lumbini to Kathmandu (By Drive)
Next morning we are ready to drive from Lumbini to Kathmandu. Evening time is free for explore local market. Night stay in Kathmandu.
Day 05: Kathmandu to Delhi (By Flight)
This is the final day of our Lumbini tour. Transfer to Tribhuvan airport to fly back to the Delhi.
